Abstract
This study explores consumer behaviorrelated to food delivery apps, focusing ontrends and preferences across majorplatforms such as Swiggy, Zomato, FoodPanda, and Uber Eats. With the rapidgrowth in usage, these platforms arebecoming integral to the modern diningexperience. This research examines keyfactors influencing customer choices,including satisfaction, service quality,offers, and promotions. Additionally, itanalyses consumer habits, such as howfrequently they order, average spending,and motivations for using these services.The findings offer insights into how fooddelivery apps can continuously evolve tomeet the changing needs and expectationsof their users, ultimately enhancing theirbrand image
