The project integrates MySQL forefficient database management, ensuring seamlesscommunication between customers and the support team.This research paper explores the user criteria and trainingprogram associated with Shubhkari Electricals, outlining itstechnological framework, methodologies, and impact onservice-based industries.The study highlights the role of digital transformation inenhancing customer engagement, operational efficiency,and service quality.
