Abstract

Abstract Gesture recognition has garnered significant attention in recent years, particularly in human-computer interaction (HCI) and virtual reality (VR) systems. This paper reviews the advancements in gesture recognition technologies, including hand gesture-based cursor control, image segmentation, and real-time recognition systems, with a focus on applications in food quality evaluation and medical imaging. Several studies have explored innovative frameworks and algorithms for improving the efficiency of gesture recognition systems.
