  • Radhikaa Jagdish Dabrai

Abstract

Employee engagement is a critical factor influencing individual and organizational performance. This study examines the impact of employee engagement on both employee productivity and overall organizational success, exploring how engaged employees contribute to higher performance levels, improved retention rates, and a positive workplace culture. High engagement is associated with increased motivation, commitment, and job satisfaction, which drive employees to perform at their best and align their efforts with organizational goals. Conversely, low engagement can lead to disengagement, decreased productivity, and higher turnover, which negatively impact the organizations growth and profitability. This research identifies key drivers of employee engagement, such as leadership support, recognition, career development opportunities, and work-life balance, to provide actionable insights for enhancing engagement levels within the workforce. Through an analysis of engagements effects on performance, the study highlights strategies for fostering a productive, resilient, and motivated workforce, ultimately enabling sustainable organizationalgrowth.
