Abstract

This study investigates employee satisfaction and well-being at Tube Investments of India Limited, focusing on the correlations between various factors like job satisfaction, work-life balance, and employee happiness. The research explores the impact of work environment, compensation, career development, and organizational culture on overall employee satisfaction and well-being. Using a descriptive research design, the study employs convenience sampling and data collection through primary and secondary sources.
