Abstract

The AI technologies continue to advance rapidly and reshape labor markets and the nature of work. This study synthesizes current research and empirical evidence to provide a comprehensive analysis of both the disruptive and creative impacts of AI on jobs. It discusses the research questions on how AI automates routine jobs, enhances human skills in knowledge-intensive industries, and generates new roles that did not exist previously.
