Abstract

This study examines the internal and external factors influencing digital transformation and explores the role of leadership, talent development, change management, market competition, customer needs, and technological advancements. The research utilizes survey data collected from industry professionals across multiple sectors. The findings highlight key drivers and barriers to digital transformation, emphasizing the importance of strong leadership, investment in digital skills, and the adoption of innovative technologies. The study contributes to existing literature by providing empirical evidence on organizational readiness and strategies for digital transformation.
