Abstract

Recruitment is a crucial process in human resource management, and the pre-recruitment phase presents several challenges, such as sourcing difficulties, communication inefficiencies, and high recruitment costs. This study analyzes the pre-recruitment challenges at Careerschool HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. using statistical tools such as Chi-Square, Correlation, and ANOVA.
