Abstract

This paper presents the final implementation and evaluation of Hirelink, a mobile applicationdeveloped to serve non-professional job seekers in India. Unlike traditional job platforms that cater toskilled professionals, Hirelink is designed to provide localized, low-data, and multilingual jobdiscovery features. The study covers the full development cycle, from conceptualization to deployment,user testing, and results analysis. The application was successfully tested for usability, efficiency, andimpact, demonstrating a practical and scalable solution to employment gaps in underservedcommunities.
