The Expense Tracker project offers a comprehensive yet user-friendly web-based solution to help users seamlessly record, monitor, and analyze their expenses. Built using Flask for backend development, Chart.js for interactive data visualization, and Tesseract OCR for text recognition, the platform supports both manual input and handwritten text entry via a digital canvas. This flexibility ensures accessibility and convenience for users with diverse preferences.The system goes beyond basic tracking by categorizing expenses, generating monthly summaries, and providing actionable financial insights through real-time visual analytics.
