Abstract
Sleeping disorders represent a significant public health issue globally, with conditionssuch asinsomnia,sleep apnea, and narcolepsy affecting millions of individuals. The consequences of poor sleep extendbeyond individual health, impacting productivity, mental well-being, and even contributing to chronicdiseases. This report reviews current methods for controlling sleeping disorders, including behavioraltherapies, pharmacological treatments, lifestyle adjustments, and use of medical devices. The findingshighlight the critical role of personalized and combined treatment strategies for improved outcomes.Additionally, an unexpected finding revealed the importance of tailored interventions in maximizingtreatment success.
