Abstract
Work stress is a common phenomenon in the field of education, particularly among lecturers who are constantly juggling between teaching, research, administrative duties, and personal responsibilities. The impact of work stress on lecturersday-to-day performance is a topic of growing concern, as it can have significant implications on the quality of education being delivered to students. This study aims to explore the impact of work stress on lecturersperformance in the colleges of Kolkata, West Bengal.
