Abstract
This thesis delves into the ethical challenges present within the Human Resource Management (HRM) practices of AVA Placement Services Company. With a focus on understanding hiring biases, fair compensation practices, employee privacy concerns, and the ethical implications of technological advancements, the study employs a case study approach to provide a comprehensive exploration of these issues. It investigates discriminatory practices in recruitment, examines methods for ensuring fair compensation, addresses employee privacy concerns in light of technological advancements, and gathers insights through surveys from various stakeholders. The findings contribute to understanding the ethical landscape within AVA Placement Services, offering recommendations for fostering an ethical HRM environment.
