The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Logistics is revolutionizing traditional operations by increasing automation, optimizing processes, and enhancing real-time decision-making. AI-driven technologiesmachine learning, predictive analytics, and roboticsare reshaping demand forecasting, inventory management, route planning, and tracking systems. This paper investigates AI's role in creating efficient, agile, and resilient supply chains. It also highlights implementation challenges such as data privacy, system integration, and workforce readiness.
